Hands Across the World is a non-profit organization that provides specialized surgery for congenital defects and other ailments in underserved areas of the world. Medical aid trips are currently hosted in Ecuador, where within a week's time, as many as 200 patients are treated and over 90 patients receive surgical care.

Dedicated surgeons, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, ICU technicians and nursing staff volunteer their services to help those who are afflicted by a myriad of conditions, including, but not limited to, cleft lip and palate, congenital differences, amputation, burns, microtia and removal of tumors.
